• Any use that violates applicable laws or regulations

• The service is provided 'AS IS' without warranties of any kind

• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in duplicate detection

• Processing results depend on your configuration and data quality

• We are not responsible for any data loss - always keep backups

• Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance

• Features may change or be discontinued without notice

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages

• This includes but is not limited to: data loss, business interruption, or profit loss

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (zero for free users)

• You use the service at your own risk and responsibility

• We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of processed data

• These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law

• The Sheet Cleaner service and website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights

• You retain all rights to your uploaded files and processed data

• We claim no ownership over your data or files

• Open-source components are used under their respective licenses

• You may not use our trademarks or branding without permission

• Feedback and suggestions may be used to improve the service without compensation

All file processing occurs entirely within your browser. We do not upload, store, or have access to your files or data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original files. The service processes data as configured by you, and you are responsible for the results.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
